The RCF VSA 850 II is a state-of-the-art, multi-amplified vertical steerable column array speaker that represents a peak achievement in digital audio engineering. Powered by an integrated matrix of eight separate Class D 50-Watt power amplifiers and eight high-performance 3.5" neodymium full-range transducers, this sleek column speaker system is designed to deliver impeccable speech intelligibility and background music clarity. By utilizing advanced 48 kHz 32-bit internal signal processing, the RCF VSA 850 II dynamically shapes and steers its vertical acoustic coverage beam between 10° and 30° with an overall tilt range from 0° down to –40°. This allows acoustic energy to be aimed directly at the audience layout while avoiding reflective walls, ceilings, and empty floors, effectively resolving harsh acoustic echo issues inside highly reverberant spaces like houses of worship, transit terminals, and corporate halls.

Crafted from premium extruded aluminum, the low-profile chassis of the RCF VSA 850 II blends into any architectural environment. The column array offers comprehensive monitoring integration, featuring custom status indicators and controls built explicitly for EN 60849 emergency sound facilities. For large distributed networks, full onboard RDNet compatibility allows installation technicians to adjust beam configurations, equalizers, and delay lines remotely through standard software control. Reaching a maximum sound pressure level of 93 dB at a substantial distance of 30 meters, the high-fidelity RCF VSA 850 II column loudspeaker array includes custom wall-mounting flange brackets to guarantee a rapid, secure fixed architectural installation.
