The RCF IPS 2.5K is a high-performance two channels professional power amplifier engineered to combine advanced Class-H amplification technology with absolute long-term operational reliability. Purpose-built for demanding live sound reinforcement, touring systems, and permanent commercial installations, this robust rackmount unit is designed to drive complex loudspeaker arrays with incredibly fast transient response and exceptionally low harmonic distortion. The flexible architecture of the RCF IPS 2.5K makes it an excellent choice for powering high-output floor monitors, full-range passive cabinets, or subwoofers in professional audio environments.
Built into a rugged 2U metal chassis, the RCF IPS 2.5K delivers up to 2 x 1250 Watts of clean power at 4 Ohms, 2 x 800 Watts at 8 Ohms, and a powerful 2500 Watts in 8-Ohm bridged mode. The front panel features independent gain control knobs alongside bright LED indicators for signal, clip, and fault monitoring. For versatile system configuration, a rear-panel DIP switch lets users toggle easily between stereo, parallel, and bridge modes. To ensure flawless operation under extreme thermal stress, the amplifier is equipped with high-efficiency internal heat sinks and forced-air variable speed cooling fans. Comprehensive protection circuitry guards the system against short circuits, thermal overloads, DC faults, fuses, and very high frequencies (VHF), while integrated audio limiters on each channel prevent destructive signal clipping.
