The RCF DMA 162 is a premium two-channel Class-D matrix amplifier equipped with a powerful onboard DSP platform designed for commercial sound installations. This high-performance audio engine allows for complete management of inputs and outputs in terms of routing and equalization. A comprehensive set of processing functions is available on the RCF DMA 162, including parametric EQs (PEQ), advanced FIR linear phase filters, proprietary bass enhancement, limiters, compressors, and custom environmental equalization. To make deployment even easier, dedicated acoustic presets for RCF speakers have been built right into the system to optimize performance out of the box.
Engineered with scalability in mind, the RCF DMA 162 can distribute up to 4 audio channels to secondary expansion units like the DMA 162P through an analog audio BUS. This setup combines a highly flexible multi-room architecture with an incredibly straightforward physical installation process. Configuring the unit is user-friendly and can be completed using either the front panel control knobs with their integrated OLED display, or remotely via the RDNet networked management platform. Thanks to its compact half-rack size, elegant design, and metal housing robustness, the RCF DMA 162 is an ideal solution for business music, commercial spaces, and permanent architectural sound applications.
