12-inch 2-Way Loudspeaker with 100° x 100° Rotatable Horn
JBL AM5212 12 Inch 2 Way Loudspeaker is a medium power, lightweight, 2-way full-range loudspeaker designed for professional fixed installation applications. The AM5212/00 combines a JBL Differential Drive dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap 262H-1 300 mm (12 in) low frequency driver with a 2408H-1 high frequency compression driver.
The large format PT Progressive Transition waveguide provides 100° x 100° coverage for broad and consistent sound distribution. The waveguide is rotatable, allowing the loudspeaker to be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientation. High-slope passive networks minimize band overlap, while controlled off-axis response supports consistent coverage and enhanced arrayability.
JBL AM5212 12 Inch 2 Way Loudspeaker supports both bi-amp and passive operating modes, providing flexibility for different professional audio system designs. FIR tuning is available to optimize frequency and phase response, coverage consistency and overall sound quality.
Designed for installed sound reinforcement, the enclosure includes multiple suspension points for flexible mounting and integration. It is available in black, white and weather-resistant WRC or WRX finish options.
