JBL AM5215 64 15 Inch Loudspeaker is a medium power, lightweight, 2-way full-range loudspeaker designed for professional fixed installation and sound reinforcement applications. It combines a JBL Differential Drive dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap 265H-1 380 mm 15 inch low frequency driver with a 2408H-1 high frequency compression driver to deliver clear, powerful and reliable audio performance.
The JBL AM5215 64 15 Inch Loudspeaker features a large format PT Progressive Transition waveguide that provides controlled 60 x 40 coverage for consistent sound distribution, excellent pattern control and low distortion. The waveguide is rotatable, allowing the loudspeaker to be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientation. High-slope passive networks minimize band overlap, while well-controlled off-axis response improves coverage consistency and arrayability in professional audio installations.
JBL AM5215 64 15 Inch Loudspeaker supports both bi-amp and passive operating modes, providing flexibility for different professional sound system configurations. FIR tuning helps optimize frequency and phase response, coverage consistency and overall sound quality. Multiple M10 suspension points provide flexible mounting and rigging options for permanent installations.
